As you all are aware, Cotton Association of India (CAI) use to organise two domestic conferences every year; one in Mumbai and the other at some upcountry cotton centre. In keeping with this rich tradition, Board of Directors of the CAI have now decided to organise a domestic conference  “Cotton India 2026-27”  on Thursday, the 29^th October 2026 and Friday, the 30^th October 2026 at Sapphire Ballroom, Hotel Sahara Star, Opp: Domestic Airport, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai 400 099. 

The theme of the conference is: 

“Strengthening India’s Cotton

5F Vision

Farm • Fibre • Factory • Fashion • Foreign.”

 The Conference will provide a platform for extensive deliberations on various topical issues of importance to the entire cotton sector in India. Besides, it will provide a wonderful opportunity to the delegates for networking, since a large number of stakeholders including leading policymakers, industry leaders, trade representatives, textile manufacturers, exporters, importers and other key stakeholders, etc. are expected to attend.

To commemorate this historic occasion, we will be releasing an A4 colour publication, which will include articles from the eminent personalities from the cotton sector. This publication will be circulated to all delegates and our affiliated organisations in India and overseas.
